• WBS provides complete building exterior evaluations, masonry evaluations and roof evaluations.
• Evaluation pricing varies depending on the type and size of single family homes, condos or townhomes or multi-family buildings. Please text photos of the exterior to 312-720-2168. We will also use Google Earth to determine your evaluation price. 
• We do not provide free estimates.

• Like a home inspector, Wet Building Solutions visits properties that are under contract with the buyer and their agent to help the buyer understand any potential issues with the EXTERIOR ONLY of the building. 
• We provide a VERBAL description of the issues and a non-binding cost range for leak and water damage repairs, which may help a buyer negotiate the price of the building.
• The price for a Buyer's VERBAL real estate evaluation is $275 per hour, 3 hour minimum (including travel to and from property). This rate DOES NOT include a written report.
• Wet Building Solutions does not inspect mechanicals and interior issues. We only inspect interior issues related to water or moisture intrusion from the exterior. 

• Absolutely!  We help sellers plan for repairs needed to sell buildings.
• The price for evaluations varies based on a number of factors. To get a quote for an evaluaton of single family home, condo or townhome or multi-family building, please text pictures of the exterior to 312-720-2168. We will also use Google Earth to help us provide an accurate evaluation quote.
• We do not provide free estimates.
